Job Description: In Noida, We are seeking a Data Mining and CRM Specialist to enhance our customer relationship management efforts through effective data analysis and system management. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions. CRM Management: Administer and configure the CRM system to meet organizational needs, including managing user access, customizing workflows, and ensuring data integrity. Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and support various departments. Data Quality Assurance: Regularly monitor and improve data quality by conducting data validation, de-duplication, and cleanup efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to support CRM needs and drive system adoption. Training and Support: Prepare and update training materials and documentation to improve user understanding and engagement with the CRM system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related fields. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL and data extraction techniques. Familiarity with event management industry practices. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
