Key Responsibilities:

Lead the migration of on-premises databases (Oracle, MS SQL) to
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
.
Analyze existing database structures and data to ensure
seamless transition, integrity, and consistency
during migration.
Configure and optimize
Google Cloud database services
to meet
performance, scalability, and security
requirements.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to plan and execute migration timelines, ensuring minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve
technical challenges encountered throughout the migration process.
Document
migration strategies, configurations, and processes for
future reference and compliance
.
Provide
post-migration support
, including performance tuning and optimization recommendations for cloud database environments.
