Job Description

The Business Integration and Planning team, part of the People, Culture and Communications entity at bp, is responsible for centralized planning and performance management for Global Workplace and PC&C. Key activities include owning the value and performance management framework, embedding planning and prioritization, providing investment governance expertise, and optimizing delivery. The role aims to ensure consistency in data capture and reporting across Global Workplace by collaborating with external service providers to drive accurate and timely reporting. This involves developing specifications, action plans, and landmarks well in advance, auditing data accuracy, maintaining data taxonomy, and aligning Workplace technology across geographies. Key responsibilities include providing clear, accurate, and timely management information and reporting to support bp Workplace team and real estate strategy, designing dashboards using tools like Power BI, supporting document management processes, coordinating data collection, supervising key datasets, providing ad hoc support to leadership, managing tool implementation, and producing process documentation. Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, with significant knowledge in their area of expertise. Experience in diverse cultures, innovation, process efficiency, data quality, technology solutions, report/dashboard production, and excellent communication skills are required. Desirable criteria include adaptability in changing environments, ownership of tasks, effective communication skills, previous facilities and property management experience, global work experience, and collaboration skills. The role may require negligible travel and is eligible for relocation within the country. It is a hybrid position with a mix of office and remote work.
