Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update master data in SAP (Material, Supplier, Pricing)
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across procurement systems
Implement regular price updates and system integration
Create and maintain procurement dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel)
Monitor inventory levels (e.g., L3 stock) and support planning/reporting processes
Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and Finance teams for data governance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field
4-8 years of experience in data management, particularly in procurement or supply chain
Strong proficiency in SAP and data management tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large data-sets
Understanding of procurement processes and data integration
Ability to create dashboards and reports for management review
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
Experience in inventory management and reporting
Cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with IT and Finance
Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are a bonus.
