· Ensure on-time delivery through continuous supplier follow-up.
· Raise, root-cause and mitigate quality issues/deviations. Support in non-conformance (NC) reduction.
· In-charge of 1st level supply relationships/facilitations.
· Demand planning forecasting demands in alignment with production needs.
· Manage and process RFQs (Request for Quotation) and evaluate supplier offer.
· Execute purchasing activities and order processing in SAP.
· Collaborate closely with Strategic Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams.
· Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
· Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
· Strong customer orientation and ability to maintain positive supplier relationships.
· Structured, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to work.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Ability to resolve issues and discrepancies promptly and professionally.
