· Demonstrated thought leadership in Data Governance and Data Management · BFSI domain knowledge

· Strong articulation, strategic thinking, leadership traits, business acumen, customer focus, and team player attitude

· Experience with new-age product vendors and evolving trends in Data Governance and Management

· Architecting and implementing Data Governance solutions using leading DG platforms (Collibra, Informatica EDC/AXON/IDMC, IBM IGC, Alation, or custom solutions)

· AI adoption/enablement in data governance and management · Building interfaces to integrate data from diverse sources

· Data observability and augmented capabilities

· Technical expertise in data architecture principles, ETL, and reporting concepts

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail · Experience with SDLC and Agile project execution · Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)

· Developing points of view, approaches, and pitches for new opportunities

· Participation in solutioning/responding to RFIs and RFPs

· Public speaking and event participation on Data Governance topics
