This is an exciting role and would entail you to

· Validation of references and claims in promotional materials, overseeing QC and consistency across multiple content pieces.

· Manage proofreading and fact verification workflows, addressing discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary.

· Use advanced searches across PubMed, grant databases, regulatory filings, and other scientific sources to authenticate claims.

· Ensure strict adherence to multiple brand and medical compliance guidelines (e.g., FDA, internal brand standards).

· Contribute to the development and training of best practices, templates, and checklists to support junior team members.

· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to guide factual accuracy and integrity.

Veeva Vault Overview:

· Strong working knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats, including managing submission, QC reviews, and annotation workflows.

· Skilled in addressing reviewer comments, submission discrepancies, aligning metadata, and ensuring the timely progression of materials through the approval cycle.

· Carry out best practices and streamline document management processes for higher efficiency.

This may be the right role for you if you have

· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines

· 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in fact-checking, reference validation, proofreading, or editorial support, particularly in medical or scientific domains.

· Proficiency in navigating PubMed, Veeva PromoMats, Embase, clinical trials database, and regulatory resources.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

· Strong analytical thinking, precision, and consistently high-quality output.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Deep understanding of brand/regulatory guidelines and ability to localize content effectively.

Shift timings - 2 to 11 pm shift

Location: - Chennai & Bangalore
