Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with good typing speed and a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems and online platforms while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities :- Enter, update, and verify data in Excel sheets, internal systems, and web-based applications Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data updates Perform data validation, cross-checking, and corrections where required Prepare basic reports using Excel (filters, sorting, formulas) Upload and manage data on portals, ERP systems, and online platforms Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to ensure data accuracy Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information Support administrative and documentation-related tasks as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role preferred Good typing speed with high accuracy Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, formatting) Ability to work with web applications, online portals, and cloud-based systems Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication Good attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
