Requirement: Data Entry & Analysis Executive (Excel Expert)

We are looking for a Data Entry and Analysis Executive who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and has strong analytical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently while preparing reports and summaries for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain data accurately in Excel sheets and company databases.
• Perform data cleaning, sorting, and formatting.
• Create and manage reports, charts, and dashboards in Excel.
• Analyze sales, purchase, and inventory data for management review.
• Support decision-making with timely and reliable data insights.

Required Skills:

• Strong command over Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple data sets and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

• Graduate (any stream) with good computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in Excel-based data work preferred.
