Data Entry Executive

Role Overview:

Smart Tables

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain records in Smart Tables and CRM with accuracy and speed.
  • Regularly review and clean data to ensure correctness and completeness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, verify, and update information.
  • Generate simple reports, summaries, and dashboards as required.
  • Follow data privacy, security, and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Identify inconsistencies or errors in data and report them for resolution.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure system integrity and smooth data flow.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, CRM management, or related administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools

    (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel / Google Sheets / Smart Tables

  • Strong typing speed with accuracy.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
