Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter financial transactions (AP, AR, GL entries) into SAP FICO modules
  • Maintain and update master data (vendors, customers, cost centers)
  • Reconcile data entries with supporting documentation
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across SAP records
  • Support data migration and validation during SAP upgrades or rollouts
  • Collaborate with finance and IT teams to resolve data-related issues
  • Generate basic reports from SAP for internal audits and reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in SAP FICO data entry or finance operations
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP (especially FICO module)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel and data management tools

Preferred Traits

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
