Job Description

ntry and updating of transport-related data such as dispatch details, delivery status, vehicle numbers, and driver information in the system or Excel sheets. Monitor real-time vehicle movement using GPS or tracking software. Coordinate with drivers over phone or WhatsApp for route guidance, delays, and updates. Maintain records of vehicle movement, fuel usage, delivery status, and any delays or issues. Assist in planning and scheduling of daily dispatches in coordination with the logistics team. Generate daily and weekly reports for vehicle usage and delivery performance. Ensure all logistics data is recorded properly and files are maintained for future reference. Support documentation work such as preparing challans, invoices, and PODs (Proof of Delivery). Keep track of vehicle maintenance schedules and inform the concerned team as needed. Communicate professionally with drivers and logistics partners to resolve on-ground issues Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
