Job Description

LOCATION : BOISAR . Job description · Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and establish and maintain strong vendor relationships. · Responsible for timely issuance of Purchase Orders to suppliers and get Order Acknowledgement within the expected turn-around time · Collaborate with various functional teams and with internal customers, and effectively communicate order status in a clear and timely manner, including improvement/delays in delivery from suppliers · Sourcing and purchase goods, materials, and services in line with the company’s requirements and budget constraints. · Conduct cost analysis to identify cost – saving opportunities, optimize purchasing, optimize purchasing processes, and reduce expenses. · Ensure the quality and compliance of purchased items, conducting inspections or quality checks as necessary. · Maintain accurate records of inventory level and recorder points to prevent stock outs and overstocks situations. · Prepare, review and manage supplier contracts and agreements ensuring terms and conditions are favourable for the organization. · Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management. · Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required. · Liaise with service providers for housekeeping, security, repairs, and maintenance. · Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.
