Maintainup-to-date records of inventory, transport schedules,and customer orders.
Verifyand cross-check documents such as bills of lading,invoices, and shipping manifests.
Trackand update shipment status in real-time to ensure timelydelivery and transparency.
Coordinatewith warehouse and transport teams to reconcile physical anddigital records.
Generatedaily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics operations andorder fulfillment.
Flagdiscrepancies or delays to supervisors or relevant departmentsfor resolution.
Ensuredata accuracy and confidentiality in line with companypolicies and compliance standards.
Assistin the digitization and organization of physical shippingdocuments.
Supportcustomer service teams by providing accurate tracking anddocumentation details when needed.
