Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Enter and update forklift inventory details (new arrivals, dispatches, sales, rentals, etc.) Maintain accurate records of forklift service history, repairs, maintenance logs, and warranty data. Record incoming and outgoing shipments of forklifts, spare parts, and accessories. Input customer data, rental agreements, purchase orders, and delivery schedules into internal systems. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and service departments to ensure real-time data accuracy. Generate periodic reports on forklift utilization, inventory levels, and service performance. Ensure all documentation is filed digitally and/or physically in an organized and retrievable manner. Support administrative tasks as required, including invoice preparation and work order tracking. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times. Qualifications and Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business administration is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry operator, preferably in logistics, warehouse, or industrial sectors. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus. Fast and accurate typing skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience:Prior experience in the forklift, material handling, or logistics industry. Familiarity with equipment serial numbers, parts codes, and maintenance documentation.
