Job Description

As a Data Entry Operator at Gosil Exports Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information in the company's ERP system. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in ensuring smooth data operations. Key Responsibilities: - Entering product details including gemstone types, metal alloys, weights, and designs into the companys ERP with high accuracy. - Updating inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock availability. - Ensuring data integrity through regular verification and audits. - Generating reports from the entered data as required. - Collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless data operations. - Communicating with different departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date data. Skills & Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role. - Strong command of Excel lookup functions (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP), formulas, and data analysis tools. - Proficiency in Word for professional document creation, mail merge, and formatting.
