🔧 What You’ll Do:Enable Smooth Operations: As the backbone of internal systems, your accurate data management ensures our sales, logistics, and service teams function without delays or errors. Data Entry & Record Management: Maintain and organize both digital and physical records for easy retrieval across departments (sales, purchase, inventory). Ensure Data Accuracy: Verify and cross-check entries to correct errors, prevent discrepancies, and ensure clean data for internal and external communication. Coordinate Across Teams: Communicate with sales and procurement teams to clarify inconsistencies and streamline data collection and reporting. Support Decision-Making: Generate reports, summaries, and insights that help management take informed decisions and monitor performance. Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive business data responsibly, ensuring it remains secure and confidential. 📋 What We’re Looking For:Experience: 1–4 years of experience in data entry, back-office, or administrative support roles. Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; higher education or certifications in office management or data entry are a plus. Skills: Strong attention to detail and high accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and basic computer operations Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
