Job Description

As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibility will involve accurately inputting and updating data in various systems and databases. Your attention to detail, consistency, and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines will be crucial in this role. - Enter, update, and verify data accurately and in a timely manner - Review data for errors, discrepancies, or duplication to ensure data integrity and confidentiality - Assist in generating reports, organizing digital files, and coordinating with internal departments for information To excel in this role, you should: - Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional computer/data certification being a plus - Have prior experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role - Possess a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute - Be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and have strong attention to detail - Demonstrate effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Preferred qualifications include: - Experience with ERP or HRMS systems - Handling sensitive data - Basic knowledge of data analysis or MIS reporting This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.
