Job Description: Data entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with hands-on experience in Tally to manage and maintain financial and non-financial data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, record keeping, and supporting the accounting and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into Tally ERP and other data management systems.
Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Verify accuracy of data before entering and ensure timely data updates.
Generate invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents as required.
Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and statements.
Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and reporting.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and financial information.
Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in Tally .
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or diploma in commerce/accounting preferred.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role with Tally.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,Tally).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
