Wikasta Business and Technical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Data Entry Associate who is comfortable working with large volumes of information and maintaining accurate digital records. This role is suitable for someone who works well independently, has strong attention to detail, and can manage tasks in a remote setting without frequent supervision.


Role Overview

The Data Entry Associate will be responsible for entering, verifying, and updating data across internal systems. The position involves routine documentation work, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating with team members to resolve discrepancies when needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data from various sources into internal databases and platforms with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review data against source documents to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Maintain, organize, and update digital records in line with internal standards.
  • Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries when required.
  • Perform routine database backups and follow data preservation guidelines.
  • Communicate with relevant team members about data updates or issues.
  • Adhere to established procedures for data entry, documentation quality, and information security.
  • Ensure all sensitive or confidential information is handled appropriately.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred, though candidates with strong accuracy and organization skills are also encouraged.
