About the Role

This role involves entering, organizing, and managing data across internal systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. You will work with digital records, support database updates, and assist in generating basic reports when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from various sources into internal systems accurately.
• Verify information by cross-checking with source documents.
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Maintain database integrity and ensure confidentiality of all records.
• Organise and archive both digital and physical files where applicable.
• Perform routine data backups for record safety.
• Assist with preparing basic reports and summaries.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding data updates and clarifications.
• Follow established data quality and entry procedures.

Requirements

• Good accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
• Strong typing skills (approximately 45 WPM or above preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data entry tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage task timelines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and secure handling of information.
