Role Overview

The Vendor & Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring timely availability of stock. The role requires strong coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills to support smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities1. Vendor Management

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive vendor matrix, identifying available vendors and evaluating their pricing, delivery timelines, and support services.
  • Assess vendors based on quality, performance, and service efficiency to select the most suitable partners.

2. Vendor Negotiation

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to facilitate long-term collaboration.

3. Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and vendors for daily operations.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, confirm delivery schedules, and handle issue resolution.
  • Ensure seamless communication and follow-ups for timely deliveries.

4. Stock & Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels regularly to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Coordinate replenishment, avoid stockouts, and support inventory planning.

5. Vendor Compliance

  • Conduct vendor compliance checks, verify certifications, licenses, and quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate compliance records for all vendors.

Required Skills

  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong email writing skills for clear and professional communication.
  • Calendar management abilities to keep track of meetings, deliveries, and vendor schedules.
  • Good negotiation, coordination, and record-keeping abilities.

Qualifications (Optional/Customizable)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or operations (as per your needs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
