Continuous monitoring of application/mail for the new documents posted by customers.
Real-time pick-up of documents for processing in the application.
Processing the documents viz Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill etc, through the application.
Preparing the import / export checklists and sharing it with customers within the agreed TAT.
Coordinating with customers for any clarification/query on the documents shared.
Updating the status report and sharing the same with the customer & internal team.
QUALIFICATION:
Academic - Arts and Science Graduate(Freshers). Logistics background is preferred.
Good Communication Skills.
The candidate should be fluent in English. Conversant in Hindi will be an added advantage.
Computer Knowledge - MS Excel, MS Word.
