Job Opening: Billing Assistant / Data Entry Operator – Aluminium & Glass Façade Works
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Ali Designers & Glazers Pvt. Ltd. is a leading aluminium façade and window fabrication company in Mumbai.
We handle high-end projects involving aluminium windows, structural glazing, curtain walls, and façade works.
We are looking for a *Billing Assistant / Data Entry Operator* to support our Billing Engineer and Accounts team.
Position Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for *data entry, document management, and assisting in billing-related work* such as RA bills, measurement sheets, and reconciliation records.
This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a basic understanding of billing and accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in *Excel, Tally, and project billing sheets.*
- Maintain and organize *site measurement sheets, invoices, and work order records.*
- Assist the Billing Engineer in preparing *client and subcontractor bills.*
- Help in *checking quantities, rates, and supporting documentation.*
- Coordinate with site engineers for *daily progress reports and work updates.*
- Maintain digital and physical filing of all billing and labour-related documents.
- Support management in *report generation, tracking pending bills, and data compilation.*
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma (Any field – Commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry / billing / admin work (construction or façade background preferred).
- Proficient in *MS Excel, Word, and basic Tally.*
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of billing processes and documentation.
- Hardworking, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
