We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our growing data team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures that support business intelligence, analytics, and data science initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Build and optimize data architectures using tools like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, etc.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Implement data quality, security, and governance best practices.
Automate and monitor data workflows using tools like Apache Airflow, Luigi, etc.
Work on cloud-based data solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Optimize data delivery for scalability and performance.

Required Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python, SQL (Scala or Java is a plus).
Experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Kafka.
Hands-on with ETL tools and data warehouse concepts.
Experience with cloud services (AWS Redshift, Azure Data Factory, GCP BigQuery, etc.).
Understanding of data modeling, data lakes, and data APIs.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
