We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer


Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

1. Data Engineering

·      Expert-level SQL for complex queries, data validation, optimization, and transformation logic.

·      Ability to build and test clinical rules in the DAP data layer.

2. Healthcare Data & Standards

·      Strong working knowledge of FHIR, HL7

ICD, CPT, HCC

3. Compliance & Security

·      Strong understanding of HIPAA

4. Process Management

·      Ability to diagnose/fix issues across full data pipelines — ingestion → transformation → UI.

·      Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.


Preferred Skills

·      MLOps/DataOps Automation:

Python scripting:

Analytics & Dashboards:

Chronic Care Management (CCM)


Optional Skills (Good to Have)

·      Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

·      Exposure to deploying ML models in healthcare environments.

·      Experience with SOP creation, technical documentation, and team training.

·      Hands-on experience configuring Innovaccer DAP components (Connectors, CDM Mapping, Cohort Builder).
