Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to support advanced

    Media Mix Modeling (MMM)

    and

    Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)

    models.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to prepare data for training, validation, and deployment of machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
  • Ingest and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (AdSales, Analytics, and Product) to deliver reliable data solutions that drive marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.
  • Automate data workflows and build reusable components for model deployment, data validation, and reporting.
  • Support data scientists with efficient access to cleaned and transformed data, optimizing for both performance and usability.
  • Contribute to the design of a unified data architecture supporting

    AdTech, OTT, and digital media ecosystems

    .
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in data engineering, AI-driven analytics, and cloud-native tools to improve data delivery and model deployment processes.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in

    Data Engineering

    , data analytics, or related roles.
  • At least 3 years working in

    AdTech

    ,

    AdSales

    , or

    digital media analytics

    environments.
  • Experience supporting MMM and MTA modeling efforts with high-quality, production-ready data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in

    Python

    ,

    SQL

    , and data transformation tools; experience with

    R

    is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of

    data modeling

    ,

    ETL pipelines

    , and handling

    large-scale datasets

    using distributed systems (e.g., Spark, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with

    cloud platforms

    (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data services (S3, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Experience with

    BI tools

    such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for report automation and insight generation.
  • Solid understanding of

    statistical techniques

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
