Job Title: Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to support advanced
Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
and
Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)
models.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to prepare data for training, validation, and deployment of machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
Ingest and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Partner with cross-functional teams (AdSales, Analytics, and Product) to deliver reliable data solutions that drive marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.
Automate data workflows and build reusable components for model deployment, data validation, and reporting.
Support data scientists with efficient access to cleaned and transformed data, optimizing for both performance and usability.
Contribute to the design of a unified data architecture supporting
AdTech, OTT, and digital media ecosystems
.
Stay updated with the latest trends in data engineering, AI-driven analytics, and cloud-native tools to improve data delivery and model deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on experience in
Data Engineering
, data analytics, or related roles.
At least 3 years working in
AdTech
,
AdSales
, or
digital media analytics
environments.
Experience supporting MMM and MTA modeling efforts with high-quality, production-ready data pipelines.
Proficiency in
Python
,
SQL
, and data transformation tools; experience with
R
is a plus.
Strong knowledge of
data modeling
,
ETL pipelines
, and handling
large-scale datasets
using distributed systems (e.g., Spark, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data services (S3, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
Experience with
BI tools
such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for report automation and insight generation.
Solid understanding of
statistical techniques
,
A/B testing
, and model evaluation metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in media or OTT data environments.
Exposure to
machine learning model deployment
, model monitoring, and MLOps practices.
Knowledge of
Kafka

Airflow

dbt
for orchestration and transformation.
