As a Project & Program Management Coach at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited, your role will involve coaching teams to ensure successful deliveries in IT for After Sales. You will be responsible for driving innovation and ensuring value-add in all topics as part of an Extended CoC team. Your key objectives will include maintaining steady business growth based on a target roadmap, fostering team motivation and satisfaction, and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction in both Germany and the involved markets.
