Data Center Expert – DC/DR Expert – Smart City ITMS Project

📍 Location: Bilaspur ( Chhattisgarh )

🎓 Qualification: B.E/BTech

📌 Note: Only candidates with BE/BTech will be preferred for this position

💰 Salary: Up to ₹6.50LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

🔍 About the Role

The DC/DR Expert will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining the Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) infrastructure for the Smart City ITMS project. The role ensures high system availability, secure data management, timely backups, and seamless failover/failback operations to maintain uninterrupted ITMS services.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Data Center & DR Management

   - Manage end-to-end operations of DC and DR sites for ITMS/ICCC infrastructure

2. Server, Storage & Virtualization -

   Manage physical and virtual servers (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM).

3. Backup & Recovery -

   Execute daily/weekly/monthly data backup policies

4. Monitoring & Documentation -

   including topology, asset inventory, SOPs, and DR runbooks.

🎯 Required Skills & Competencies

1. Strong understanding of DC/DR architecture and IT infrastructure.

2. Hands-on experience with servers, storage, virtualization, and backup tools.

3. Familiarity with cloud/hybrid environments (preferred).

4. Knowledge of networking basics: switching, routing, firewall policies.

5. Ability to perform root-cause analysis and lead troubleshooting.

6. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
