Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will play a pivotal role in planning inventory, managing logistics data, and driving business insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for heavy data analysis, operational optimization, and business reporting to support top management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Planning & Logistics
- Monitor and manage inventory data to ensure optimal stock levels across channels.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to improve efficiency and minimize gaps in supply chain operations.
- Provide data-driven insights to support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
Business Analytics & Reporting
- Work with teams on analyzing core business metrics such as revenue, performance, and customer experience.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports for top management.
- Handle regular MIS reporting for specific company functions.

Requirements

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Statistics, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in data analytics, operations, inventory planning, or logistics.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (or similar tools).
Experience in MIS reporting and business performance tracking.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
