You will serve as the subject matter expert for strategic data analysis, identifying insights and implications, making strategic recommendations, and developing data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis. Additionally, you will apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in both complicated and novel contexts, demonstrating sophisticated analytical thought and making refined judgments and sound solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Adapting the latest trends in Data Science/Data Mining/Big Data field for application within your role and the business. - Serving as the subject matter expert for strategic data analysis, identifying insights, making strategic recommendations, and developing data displays. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills for negotiating internally, leveraging diplomacy, and guiding internal and external stakeholders. - Applying ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and novel contexts. - Employing sophisticated analytical thought to make refined judgments and sound solutions. - Consulting on business operations and offering authoritative advice to influence significant business outcomes. - Informing and implementing the sub-function's technical strategy. - Handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of relevant experience - Proficiency with Hadoop, Python, Tableau, Collibra, Data Quality, SAS Tools with a strong understanding of Data Governance - Demonstrated leadership skills - Consistently demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication - Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with Senior Stakeholders - Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and influence across organizational lines - Proven ability to use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques **Education:** - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
