Data Analytics Sr Lead Analyst

The Data Analytics Sr Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows the latest trends in the field and adapts them for application within your role and the business. Your role primarily affects a sub-function, and you are responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. In this role, you will adapt the latest trends in Data Science/Data Mining/Big Data field for application within your role and the business. You will serve as the subject matter expert for strategic data analysis, identifying insights and implications, making strategic recommendations, and developing data displays that clearly communicate complex analysis. Excellent communication skills are essential for negotiating internally at a senior level and leveraging diplomacy to guide, influence, and convince internal and external stakeholders. You will apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in both complicated and novel contexts, employing sophisticated analytical thought to compare and select complex alternatives, make refined judgments, and provide sound solutions. Consultation on business operations and offering authoritative advice to influence significant business outcomes are part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for informing and implementing the sub-function's technical strategy and handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant experience - Proficiency with Hadoop, Python, Tableau, Collibra, Data Quality, SAS Tools with a strong understanding of Data Governance - Demonstrated leadership skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities - Stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with Senior Stakeholders - Interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and influence across organizational lines - Ability to use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
