The Data Analytics Sr Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows the latest trends in the field and adapts them for application within your role and the business. You are part of a select group of individuals within the business who provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills are essential for negotiating internally at a senior level and leveraging diplomacy to guide, influence, and convince internal and external stakeholders. You will apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in both complicated and novel contexts, employing sophisticated analytical thought to compare and select complex alternatives, make refined judgments, and provide sound solutions. Consultation on business operations and offering authoritative advice to influence significant business outcomes are part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for informing and implementing the sub-function's technical strategy and handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
