Job Summary:

Data Science & Analytics Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging, interactive classroom and/or online training sessions on:
• Python for Data Science
• Statistics & Probability
• Data Wrangling & Visualization (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI)
• Machine Learning (Scikit-learn, supervised & unsupervised learning)
• SQL and databases
• Excel for Analytics
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
• Data storytelling and business insights
• Guide learners through hands-on projects, assignments, and case studies.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on assignments and project submissions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools.
• Customize training materials and session plans as per audience background (freshers, working professionals, etc.).
• Mentor students for career readiness – interviews, portfolio building, and real-world application.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers and academic teams for content updates.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science/Data Analytics domain.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a

• Strong command of Python, SQL, Excel, and tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, Anaconda, GitHub.
• Certifications in Data Science / Analytics (Microsoft, IBM, Coursera, etc.).
• Exposure to Big Data tools (Hadoop/Spark) or NLP is a plus.
