Location: Bhopal (On-site, Full-Time)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month (based on experience & skills)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Trainer with expertise in Data Analysis and Data Science to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of industry experience and a passion for sharing knowledge. Prior teaching/training experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person training sessions on data analysis and data science tools & technologies.
• Design and update curriculum, training materials, and assessments based on industry trends.
• Support students with queries and provide mentorship during hands-on sessions or projects.
• Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and track learning progress.
• Collaborate with the content and curriculum team to enhance training methodologies.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Data Analysis Tools: MS Excel, SQL
• Programming: Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Data Visualization: Power BI and/or Tableau
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Statistics & Machine Learning: Basic ML algorithms, Scikit-learn, model evaluation techniques
• Knowledge of Big Data tools (Hadoop/Spark) is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an added advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analytics/data science.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to teach, mentor, and grow future data professionals.
