Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing eCommerce and customer data for analysis
Pull and clean data from internal sources (orders, customers, promotions, etc.) to support reporting and ad hoc requests
Provide data, analysis and insights to support strategy development and data-driven business decisions.
Perform analyses and report on data related to customer acquisition, retention, and activation.
Collaborate closely with teams to implement business metrics and KPIs and deliver actionable analyses. Work on the design, development, validation, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, dashboards, analysis with minimum guidance
Assist in identifying data quality issues and contribute to data integrity initiatives
Create weekly and monthly reports for Marketing Team and other teams
Document your work and help build a data knowledge base for the team
Bachelor s degree in Engineering,Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Scripting Languages: SQL, R, Python
Experience with Ecommerce, ERP, CRM systems is a plus
Advanced SQL and Excel skills. Experience writing complex queries on large data sets.
Basic understanding of statistical methods and data interpretation
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, organizational skills and willingness to learn from feedback
