What You’ll Do:

•⁠ ⁠Enable Sales and Marketing teams to make data-driven decisions by providing clear insights and trends.

•⁠ ⁠Drive evidence-based strategy for product adoption, user engagement, and partner growth.

•⁠ ⁠Unlock insights from medical testing, doctor behavior, and pharma company data to support business expansion.

•⁠ ⁠Translate complex datasets into business stories and actionable recommendations that influence decision-making.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and Excel.

•⁠ ⁠Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct exploratory analysis on testing, doctor, and pharma datasets to identify patterns and anomalies.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare periodic reports for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

•⁠ ⁠Document findings and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across projects.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data needs and deliver ad-hoc analysis when required.

Who You Are:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/analytical discipline (Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of how businesses operate and ability to link data insights to business outcomes.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel.

•⁠ ⁠Analytical thinker with curiosity, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation.
