Data Analys

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using MS Excel
Create reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review
Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation
Prepare charts, graphs, and visual representations of data
Identify data trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making
Collaborate with different teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros or formulas

Requirements:

Proficiency in *MS Excel (Advanced level)*
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) is an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience:

1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (Freshers with strong Excel skills can also apply)
