Data Analyst

As an e-Retail Digital Marketing Analyst at Michelin, you will be working with a team in Lyon, France to develop e-Retail strategies that align with the company's business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking, measuring, and analyzing trends of Michelin tyre products on e-Commerce websites with a focus on defined KPIs - Understanding e-Retail business requirements and mapping them to specific distributor relationships contexts - Extrapolating trends and patterns from data analysis to identify improvement opportunities - Compiling a comprehensive narrative of how online distributors execute Michelin tyres e-Retail, providing operational insights and recommendations - Forecasting and preparing reports to measure the effectiveness of programs/action plans - Designing and building reports using various tools such as dedicated Web analytics tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI - Participating in scoping meetings and presentation meetings with internal business partners - Playing a leading role within the Pune e-Retail Digital Marketing Analysts team and acting as a problem solver for other analysts - Keeping up-to-date with the latest analytics and digital/e-commerce marketing trends In terms of Data Analysis, your responsibilities will include: - Prioritizing business and information needs with stakeholders - Identifying relevant data sources for the perimeter - Acquiring relevant data and maintaining databases/data systems - Setting up data collection and managing extraction from gathered data - Interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing recommendations - Compiling and organizing information, data, and insight analysis in relevant templates and dashboards - Communicating and displaying results of analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and partners - Filtering and "cleaning" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems Your focus on Customer/Internal Partners will involve: - Following up with customers and/or internal partners to ensure their needs are met - Maintaining service to customers and/or internal partners during critical periods In terms of work methods, you will be expected to: - Apply methods and work instructions set by the entity - Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance methods, practices, and results This role provides a great opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Michelin's e-Retail strategies.,
