Job Description

Exp: Min. 1-3 Years

Education: BCA, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, validate, and follow up on data related to client-side and operations activities.
Review and verify client invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and maintain riders’ payout and summary reports on a regular basis.
Present accurate data insights and reports to management as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions.

Technical Skills:

Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL for data querying and database management.
Programming Languages: Knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis.
Reporting Tools: Ability to prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Analytical & Business Skills:

Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills.
Ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights.
Understanding of business KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and operational metrics.
Experience in preparing MIS reports (Management Information System).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple datasets or reporting deadlines.
Team collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Management teams.

Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
