About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders Support data-driven strategies for business growth Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and good idea about analytics tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus Basic knowledge of Python/R is an advantage Good communication and presentation skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Work from home Ability to commute/relocate: Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
