• Prioritize daily tasks to ensure on-time file delivery and timely corrections.
• Manage tickets using a queue process, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with team members, data vendors, and partners to schedule work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Perform back-end data imports of Constituent records and modeling scores into Blackbaud’s ResearchPoint software.
• Examine import files to verify ID formats match existing records.
• Troubleshoot import errors using tools like Query within the ResearchPoint environment.
• Use pre-programmed Python scripts to resolve data issues with import files.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
  

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics or project management.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with data importing and exception analysis.
• Familiarity with Python scripting is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and projects effectively.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with short turnaround times.
• Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery deadlines.
• Strong internal customer relationship skills, especially in challenging situations.
• Ability to use systems and processes to monitor and impact performance.
