Job Description

Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Working Exp in Banking and financial services as a BA/DA.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Create and maintain documentation, including BRDs, use cases, and process maps.
Perform gap analysis and assess the impact of business needs.
Support solution validation and ensure alignment with requirements.
Assist in change management and stakeholder communication.
Document test cases and manage risks/issues with mitigation plans.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and gap analysis.
Experience in stakeholder management and quality assurance support.
Familiarity with change management and risk management practices.
