About the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data and AI Delivery and Performance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, value management, and governance within the Data, Analytics, and AI domains. This role requires a proactive and empowered individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Value Management:

  Drive value management initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-impact data and AI projects.

• Project Management:

  Oversee and manage projects or PMO activities related to Data, Analytics, and AI.

• Governance:

  Implement and maintain governance frameworks (demand management and project management) to ensure compliance and effective project execution.

• Financial Management:

  Manage budgets and financial aspects of data and AI projects.

  ndustry Expertise:

  Leverage experience in the CPG or FMCH/FMCG industry to drive project success.

About You:

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing projects or performing PMO activities for Data, Analytics, and AI.
• Proven experience in value management, governance, and financial management.
• Industry experience in CPG or FMCH/FMCG is a plus.
• Strong IT or digital experience.
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and empowerment.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on Data, Analytics, and AI.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of GxP regulations is a plus.
• Project Management or Agile Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience in service management or product management is a plus.
