Dairy Manager

Oversee the end-to-end operations of a dairy unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of dairy production, from milk procurement and processing to packaging and distribution.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control and food safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, supply chain, and maintenance of dairy equipment.
• Lead, train, and schedule staff across various operational areas.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing end-to-end dairy operations.
• Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
