MANAGER DAIRY OPERATIONS

Qualification:

Experience:

HEALTH

- To provide comprehensive Health care and maintain safety standards of GIR cows, calves Buffaloes & Bulls

- Timely Medical treatment and maintenance of required Medicines and emergency medicines at all times

- Provide Nutritional based Optimum food to the cows and pregnantcows

- Provide Nutritional food to Bulls and maintain vitality and vigor

- Monitoring calf health, nurturing, caring and ensure overall growth

- Ensure Zero mortality rate

- Shifting Pregnant cows which are due for delivery in next 15 days to Pregnancy care and ensure right treatment and delivery of the calf

INSEMINATION/ PREGNANCY

- To maintain least Dry period ie., 3 Months

- Right time insemination / Monitoring of Heat status in cow and record the same

- Selection of Right Bull semen straw for insemination

- Maintenance of semen straw

- To review health of Pregnant cows regularly and record growth of calf

- Preventive care for abortion

MILK PRODUCTION

- To produce minimum 10 ltrs /Day per cow

- Monitor for change in milking hands and corresponding change in production of milk

- Monitor Health of tits

- Coordination with Head office ( Sales) for packaging and transportation of milk

BREEDING

- Breeding of Bloodline / Non-Bloodline cows

- Embryo insemination in cows

- Management of LAB

REPORTS

- Daily Milk production

- Health of cow, calves, Bull & Buffalo

- Reports of Insemination & Dry period

- Calf Health and growth

- Fodder / Feed consumption report

- Treatment / medicine report
