Job Description

Provide day-to-day support for D365 solutions, focusing on PowerApps and Power Automate workflows in Core Studio.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform tools, ensuring timely resolution to meet SLAs.
Monitor and maintain existing D365 solutions and Power Platform components to ensure high performance and reliability.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand issues, implement fixes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to enhance and automate business processes using Power Platform tools integrated with D365.
Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for team knowledge bases.
Ensure availability during IST and NAM time zones to address client and operational needs.

Required Qualifications:

Strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in Core Studio environments.
Familiarity with integrating Power Platform solutions into D365 and other systems.
Solid understanding of data modeling, connectors, APIs, and workflows.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with global teams.
