Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into user stories and solution designs with architects and developers.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of user stories to ensure functionality.
  • Test in UAT as proxy business user, write test scenarios /cases
  • Prepare and document release notes for deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Requirements

  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Projects, Field Service, Case Management).
  • Strong functional consulting experience with a strong product and business analysis background
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools, RESTful APIs, and Azure services.
  • 10+ years of experience combining functional and technical roles.

Job Title:

  • 8+ Years Minimum Experience in AX.

  • 5+ End-to-End implementation experience is must.

D365 HCM Consultant

Location- PAN India

Experience- 8 Year

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end D365 F&O HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Serve as the primary HCM subject matter expert for clients, advising on best practices, business process improvements, and industry trend.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth of team member.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute HCM transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Design and configure modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Services.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal consultants.
  • Support business development activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentatios.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards within HCM solutions
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing support for live D365 F&O HCM environments

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in HCM consulting, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM implementations in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and change management principles.
  • Strong knowledge of D365 F&O HCM modules, configuration, and integration with other business systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or HCM modules are highly desirable.
  • Experience with global implementations and multi-country payroll is a plus.
