Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a D2C Manager located in New Delhi. The D2C Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing direct-to-consumer sales strategies, managing online and offline sales channels, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The candidate will also be tasked with analyzing market trends, using customer feedback to improve products and services, and ensuring that sales operations align with company goals. Additionally, the D2C Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall customer experience. Qualifications Experience in Direct-to-Consumer sales and e-commerce Strong knowledge in market analysis and customer insights Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the mining or metals industry is a plus Show more Show less
