Key Responsibilities

• Website & CRO

• Own and optimize the Shopify website end-to-end

  (desktop & mobile).
• Prioritize

  mobile website performance

  (speed, UX/UI, checkout flows).
• Run A/B testing, heatmaps, drop-off analysis, and funnel optimization.
• Implement design and feature rollouts to maximize

  conversion rate (CRO)

  and AOV.

• Performance Marketing

• Partner with performance marketing teams to align campaigns with funnel improvements.

• Optimize spends across Meta, Google, and affiliates with focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV.

• Product-Led Growth

• Introduce features that enhance retention, repeat purchases, and personalization.

• Leverage customer data for cross-sell/upsell journeys, especially on mobile.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Build dashboards to track daily/weekly growth KPIs.

• Conduct cohort analysis, retention studies, and attribution models.
• Present actionable insights directly to the founders.

Key KPIs

• Revenue growth

  from D2C channel.

• Mobile & overall conversion rate uplift

• Website speed & performance metrics

  (esp. mobile load time, bounce rate).

• AOV and repeat purchase %

• Efficiency of marketing spends

  (CAC, ROI, LTV).

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience leading

  growth for D2C brands

  (must-have).
• Proven expertise in Shopify, CRO tools (GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Strong experience in

  mobile website optimization

  and funnel conversion.
• Analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable with fast-paced experimentation.
